This track can be found at the end of Pettigrew street and runs beside the Lagoon Creek Community Nursery. It's a beautiful walk through RE 12.3.14a which is a vulnerable vegetation community consisting of Scribbly gum (Eucalyptus racemosa) woodland. You will see a mix of local riverine and coastal species. There is many animals and birds in the reserve.

The track follows right to the platypus bridge ( need to get the name of it) or veers off to the left which passes by the wier and then keeps going to the historical boiler site

Lagoon Creek supports many local Bush food and medicinal plant species.
